π Warmed Peaches Over Yogurt
Ingredients:
2 ripe peaches (fresh), sliced
1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
ΒΌ tsp ceylon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
Optional toppings: granola, chopped nuts, fresh mint, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, or lemon zest.
Instructions:
Prep the Peaches:
Pit and slice the peaches.
Warm Them Up:
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter or oil.
Add peach slices and a pinch of salt.
Cook for 2β3 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized.
Assemble:
Scoop yogurt into bowls.
Spoon warm peaches over the top.
Add optional toppings if desired.
