Zesty Dill Yogurt Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat)
1–2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 garlic clove, finely minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, and zest.
Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Chill for at least 15–30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serve with seasonal veggies, seed crackers, or grilled meats.
